This isn’t your ordinary dough

We import our own flour to give you that truly extraordinary flavor from a classic Italian shoppe. Our flour is special because of the lighter dough it creates for a more delicate bite, while being strong enough for pizzas and sandwiches. 

It’s also the more traditional flour used for woodfire cooking to make that light but crunchy crust and a soft and delicate interior.

We finally got around to trying out Amato's. We got their wood-fired pizzas (yes it's a real wood-fired oven...not gas) and we were REALLY impressed. To us, the pizzas were comparable to LUCA in Lancaster City (seriously). I cannot speak to the rest of their menu, but as far as the pizzas go...we'll be back!
